Schulte Roth & Zabel has created a special situations group, co-chaired by partners Adam Harris and Doug Mintz, the firm said Wednesday.
The group will help clients achieve their legal and financial goals across stressed and distressed transactions.
It is comprised of lawyers from the business reorganization, finance, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, securities, distressed trading, and tax practice groups, according to Schulte Roth & Zabel.
