Damian Petrovic has joined Schulte Roth & Zabel as a partner with the M&A and securities group in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Petrovic focuses on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, according to Schulte Roth & Zabel.
He has worked on private acquisitions, coinvestments, portfolio company add-ons, preferred equity investments, SPAC transactions, take-privates, and carve-outs, Schulte Roth & Zabel said.
