Joseph Gambino joined Schulte Roth & Zabel as a partner in its finance practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Gambino advises arrangers and collateral managers in the collateralized loan obligations space, and on regulatory issues and structured lending facilities. He also works on esoteric ABS and specialty finance transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Linklaters.
