Zum Services Inc., a school transportation platform that hit unicorn status last year, is adding JoAnn Covington as general counsel, it said Wednesday
Covington has been working for technology companies in Silicon Valley for more than three decades. She joins Zum after spending the last year running legal for Glydways Inc., a robocar network startup that that has received financial backing from OpenAI co-founder Sam Altman.
