Scale Computing won a unanimous verdict in Delaware federal court in a case involving patent infringement claims made by DataCore Software Corp.
Scale beat back two DataCore allegations of direct infringement, as well as two claims each of induced and contributory infringement. A jury also confirmed it had proven by “clear and convincing” evidence that DataCore’s claims were invalid, according to a verdict form publicly released Thursday by the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
