Caroline Patterson has joined Saul Ewing as a partner in its Chesterbrook, Penn., office, the firm said Wednesday.
Patterson represents health care practices and industry professionals in transactional, corporate, and regulatory matters, according to Saul Ewing.
She offers counsel in mergers, acquisitions, sales and private equity investments, said the firm. She also provides advice to health care organizations on compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and federal and state fraud and abuse law.
