Carmichael represents celebrities and creative content owners, focusing on strategic partnerships and intellectual property protection, including negotiating talent, licensing, and merchandising opportunities, the firm said.
She also supports individual clients, celebrities, influencers, advertisers, and public relations agencies by advising on legal issues connected with talent agreements, social media management, branded entertainment, and digital rights.
