Saul Ewing Recruits Julie Workman as Partner to Chicago Office

Julie Workman has joined Saul Ewing as a partner resident in the Chicago office, the firm said Monday.

Workman negotiates contracts for property acquisitions and dispositions, and she has experience overseeing teams of developers, landowners, and consultants in obtaining entitlements and zoning approvals, according to Saul Ewing.

She also provides counsel on hotel management agreements, leases and condominium deconversions as well as acquisitions and dispositions of manufactured home communities, said the firm.
