Carville Collins has joined Saul Ewing as an energy and public utilities partner in its Baltimore office, the firm said Wednesday.
Collins advises energy, water and other regulated businesses seeking approvals from Maryland regulators, including the Public Service Commission of Maryland in requests for rate and tariff revisions, merger and acquisition approvals, and renewable energy facility certifications, credits and subsidies, according to the firm.
He is also a registered lobbyist in Maryland who represents clients in legislative and governmental matters before the state’s General Assembly, the firm said.
