Evan Miller has joined Saul Ewing as a partner in the Wilmington, Del., office, the firm said Thursday.
Miller represents debtors and trustees in bankruptcy and restructuring matters as well as official committees of unsecured creditors, asset purchasers, vendors, and landlords, according to Saul Ewing.
He has worked within the blockchain and cryptocurrency, technology, insurance, and health care industries, said the firm.
