Thomas Cryan joined Saul Ewing as partner in its employee benefits and executive compensation in Washington D.C., the firm said Wednesday.
Cryan works with legal, tax, and benefits departments for companies to advise them on taxation and reporting of perks including stock options, the personal use of corporate aircraft and other travel benefits, medical benefits, qualified employee discounts, on-site employer cafeterias, deferred compensation, settlement payments, and golden parachute payments.
