Saul Ewing Brings on Taylor and Petrizzo as Corporate Partners

Julia Taylor and Michael Petrizzo have joined Saul Ewing as partners in its corporate practice in Washington and Philadelphia, respectively, the firm said Monday.

Petrizzo and Taylor advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, stock and asset purchases and dispositions, and other commercial transactions, according to the firm.

They assist private equity and venture capital investors regarding the acquisition or disposition of portfolio companies, and also handle corporate restructurings, including representation of companies that are selling or purchasing assets as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, the firm said.

They join from Armstrong Teasdale.
