Aloke Chakravarty joined Saul Ewing as a partner in its white collar law and government enforcement and cybersecurity and data privacy practices in Boston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Chakravarty’s practice focuses on regulatory and compliance issues, whistleblower complaints, national security concerns, allegations of anti-competitive behavior, executive or employee malfeasance, insider threats, and criminal allegations such as fraud and corruption, the firm said. He works with clients across the higher education, sports and entertainment, high technology, cryptocurrency and financial technology, and life sciences and health-care industries.
