Jason McElroy has joined Saul Ewing as a partner in the Washington, D.C. office, the firm announced Thursday.
McElroy has 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer representing clients in federal and state courts in consumer financial services litigation, according to Saul Ewing.
He litigates claims under the False Claims Act and the Program Fraud and Civil Remedies Act, as well as disputes regarding unfair trade practices, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and business, contract, and antitrust issues, said the firm.
