Saul Ewing Adds Becnel-Guzzo as Higher Ed, Litigation Partner

Jennifer Becnel-Guzzo returned to Saul Ewing as a higher education litigation partner in Wilmington, Del., the firm announced Thursday.

Becnel-Guzzo represents entities and institutions, including colleges and universities, in active litigation, including cases ranging from class actions lawsuits to individual claims of discrimination, the firm said.

She also advises colleges and universities on laws and regulations such as the Freedom of Information Act, the First Amendment, Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, working to help them create compliance solutions.
