Sandy Hook Families Defy Alex Jones Bankruptcy Deposition Demand

Families of Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims say they won’t appear for a last-minute deposition demand by Alex Jones regarding their proposal to split proceeds in the right-wing conspiracy theorist’s bankruptcy case.

The Sandy Hook families, who have secured more than $1.3 billion in state court defamation judgments against Jones for his repeatedly calling the 2012 massacre of children and teachers a hoax, contend they don’t need to testify about a pending agreement in Jones’ bankruptcy case.
