Sanders Roberts LLP has merged with the Oakland, Calif.-based firm, Lafayette & Kumagai LLP, according to a news release Monday.
Gary Lafayette, a trial attorney who has argued before the United States Supreme Court, will join as a partner, according to Sanders Roberts. Lafayette & Kumagai lawyers and staff also join.
The merger expands the firm’s presence in the California Bay Area, Sanders Roberts said.
