Sable Offshore Corp. must wait at least until mid-April for a ruling on its challenge to a state court order meant to block the restart of its pipeline system in Santa Barbara, Calif. after a judge said more briefing is needed to determine if President Donald Trump‘s order directing oil to flow preempts the enforcement of state regulatory requirements.
