Ryan Lawrence has rejoined Mayer Brown as a partner in the corporate and securities practice in Chicago, the firm said Tuesday.
Lawrence will represent clients in connection with corporate governance and securities laws matters in a broad range of transactions, according to Mayer Brown.
He has served as general counsel at Shift Technologies Inc., deputy general counsel of corporate at Cushman & Wakefield, assistant general counsel at Royal Caribbean and chief legal officer at Textura, said the firm.
He joins from Avant.
