Ruger Appoints Sarah Colbert as General Counsel, Vice President

Sarah Colbert was appointed as vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary at Sturm, Ruger & Company, the company announced Thursday.

Colbert will lead all aspects of the company’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, litigation management, labor and employment matters, business development, and intellectual property, the company said.

She joined Ruger in 2017 and succeeds Kevin Reid.
