Ropes & Gray and Kirkland & Ellis advised on Parthenon Capital’s latest private equity fund, which closed with more than $4.5 billion in commitments.
Ropes said it advised The Parthenon Investors VII fund, which exceeded its initial $3.5 billion target. Kirkland represented Parthenon Capital for all management company documentation, according to a statement.
Founded in 1998, Parthenon Capital says on its website it invests in middle-market companies with enterprise values of $75 million to $750 million, in three core sectors: financial services, health care services, and business services.
