Ropes & Gray advised an HIG Capital affiliate on its acquisition of Tower Engineering Professionals, Inc., a provider of engineering and maintenance services to tower, mobile network, and other telecommunication infrastructure customers.
Katten Muchin Rosenman counseled Raleigh, North Carolina-headquartered Tower Engineering Professionals on the transaction. Financial details were not disclosed.
Tower Engineering Professionals offers services including inspection and mapping, structural and civil engineering, fiber engineering and maintenance, project and construction management, and site acquisition and survey services. It completes over 100,000 projects annually, according to a statement.
