Nitin Konchady joined Ropes & Gray as a partner in its finance and credit opportunities practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Konchady specializes in distressed and special situations capital markets transactions. He advises investment funds, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, issuers, and ad hoc committees on complex issues related to public and private debt and equity investments, offerings, and liability management transactions, the firm said.
