Joshua Levy will rejoin Ropes & Gray as a partner in its litigation and enforcement practice in Boston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Levy joins after serving as the US Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, where he led an office of over 120 prosecutors in becoming the most productive US attorney’s office in the country in terms of False Claims Act recoveries, the firm said.
He was previously a partner at Ropes & Gray from 2004 to 2021.
