Ropes & Gray Takes On Debevoise, Paul Weiss Partners in New York

Michael McGuigan and Marta Kelly joined Ropes & Gray as partners in New York, the firm announced Tuesday. McGuigan joined the finance practice, while Kelly joined the antitrust practice.

McGuigan advises fund clients across a wide range of fund finance transactions, including subscription, NAV and hybrid facilities, asset backed direct lending facilities, management company financings, GP co-invest facilities and financings for onshore and offshore evergreen fund products.
