Allison Liff joined Ropes & Gray as a partner in its leveraged finance practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Liff, who joins from Freshfields LLP, advises private equity sponsors, private capital firms and portfolio companies. She focuses on complex domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, recapitalizations, asset-based lending, liability management transactions, and restructurings, Ropes said.
