Noah Yavitz joined Ropes & Gray as a partner in its litigation and enforcement practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Yavitz brings deep experience in complex commercial disputes, with expertise in high-stakes merger litigation, federal securities actions, and derivative claims involving corporate fiduciaries. His addition supports growing client demand for sophisticated trial and appellate advocacy in the New York market and beyond, the firm said.
He joins from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
