David Harris joined Ropes & Gray as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Harris advises both public and private company clients in cross-border public transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, and other corporate matters, the firm said.
