Ropes & Gray Nabs Secondaries Partner Peter Rosen in New York

Peter Rosen joined Ropes & Gray as a partner in its alternative asset opportunities group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Rosen brings a versatile skillset developed through years of advising on complex transactions, with experience spanning GP-led fund recapitalizations, LP portfolio sales, joint ventures, large check primaries, coinvests, GP stakes, and other sophisticated transactions. His expertise will help strengthen the firm’s global secondaries practice and enhance its ability to advise sponsors and investors on their most innovative and complex transactions, the firm said.

He previously was a partner at Coller Capital.
