Ropes & Gray Hires Richard Perks as Private Equity Partner

Richard Perks joined Ropes & Gray as a partner in its private equity practice in Hong Kong, the firm announced Thursday.

Perks represents clients across Asia in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. He advises on public and private acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings in life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, industrials, and technology, the firm said. He will also have a presence in Tokyo, supporting the firm’s Japanese clients.
