Amir Shmueli joined Ropes & Gray as a partner in its global finance practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Shmueli represents financial institutions, private equity sponsors and issuers in financing transactions. His work focuses on specialized financing structures backed by novel asset classes such as franchise royalties, film and television rights, and tax liens, the firm said.
