Ropes & Gray Gains Finance Practice Partner Christopher Poggi

Christopher Poggi has joined the finance practice of Ropes & Gray as a partner at its 500-lawyer New York office, the law firm announced Monday.

Poggi focuses on securitization transactions, particularly whole-business securitizations and notes backed by portfolios of intellectual property, according to Ropes & Gray.
