Ropes & Gray Adds to Milan Partner Roster With Capogrosso Hire

Alessandro Capogrosso joined Ropes & Gray as a partner in its Milan office, the firm announced Wednesday.

Capogrosso, who joins from PedersoliGattai, advises on capital markets, private equity, and M&A transactions. He works with global financial sponsors, investment banks, and other financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border private and public M&A deals, and regularly counsels clients on business combinations, tender offers, leveraged buy-outs, IPOs, rights issues, and private placements of equity and debt securities, the firm said.
