Ropes & Gray Adds Tax Counsel Mutchler, Wonnacott Among 26 Hires

Ariella Mutchler and Benjamin Wonnacott joined Ropes & Gray as counsel in Boston and London, respectively, along with 24 other attorneys, the firm announced Friday.

Mutchler provides tax guidance on high-yield debt issuances, syndicated credit facilities, NAV facilities, and other financing transactions, the firm said. She also advises investors on the tax aspects of private fund investments, co-investments, and joint ventures.

Wonnacott advises on UK and cross-border tax aspects of transactions, including private equity, real estate, financings, and fund formation.
