Rachel O’Brien has joined Ropes & Gray as counsel with the global asset management practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.
O’Brien focuses on private fund formations, working on formation, marketing, management, and regulatory compliance of private equity funds, funds-of-funds, and other private investment vehicles, according to Ropes & Gray.
She also deals with the operational, legal, and regulatory issues faced by both first-time and established fund sponsors, Ropes & Gray said.
