Rivian Automotive, Inc. has hired Michael Callahan as its chief legal officer, the company said Monday.
Callahan was executive director of the Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance and was a professor of the practice of law at Stanford University, according to Rivian.
He has also served as senior vice president and general counsel at LinkedIn, executive vice president and chief legal officer at Ten-X, and executive vice president and general counsel and Yahoo! Inc., Rivian said.
