Rite Aid Reaches Settlement with DOJ for $101 Million

Rite Aid Corporation, Elixir Insurance Company, RX Options LLC and RX Solutions LLC agree to resolve allegations of failing to accurately report drug rebates to the Medicare Program, according to a statement from the Justice Department.

• As part of the settlement, Elixir Insurance and Rite Aid will pay the United States $101 million, according to the statement
