Thomas Sabatino has joined Rite Aid as executive vice president and chief legal officer, the company announced Friday.
Sabatino will oversee the company’s legal affairs, including enterprise risk management, compliance, regulatory affairs, and privacy, according to Rite Aid.
He joins from Tenneco, Inc., where he served as the executive vice president and general counsel, said Rite Aid.
