Retail Leaders Association Names Monica Welt as General Counsel

Monica Welt will join the Retail Industry Leaders Association as general counsel and president of the Retail Litigation Center, the organization announced Monday.

Welt will succeed Deborah White, who will retire at the end of 2025 after 12 years in the role, the organization said.

She joins from Big Lots, where she was deputy general counsel.
