Reed Smith’s New Atlanta Office Gets Rolling With 15 Partners

Reed Smith’s new Atlanta office is up to nearly 40 lawyers, thanks to a slew of local hires from Morris, Manning & Martin and Greenberg Traurig.

A total of 15 partners left the two firms to launch the office, which Reed Smith officially announced Thursday. Key among the hires are Scott Allen, who co-chaired Morris Manning’s private equity practice and Nick Foreste, who co-chaired its emerging companies and venture capital practice. Cindy Davis, who chaired Greenberg Traurig’s banking and financial services practice, has also joined Reed Smith.
