Reed Smith Rehires Corporate Partner Rele From Arnold & Porter

Niket Rele rejoined Reed Smith as a partner in its Global Corporate Group in Miami, the firm announced Wednesday.

Rele represents established and emerging companies in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and general corporate counseling. He is particularly recognized for his India-U.S. practice, advising India-based public and private companies on M&A and dispute resolution, and advising U.S.-based companies on their India market entry strategies and M&A, the firm said.

He joins from Arnold & Porter.
