Teresa M. L. Tate has joined Reed Smith as a partner in the global corporate group in the San Francisco office, the firm said Thursday.
Tate, who arrives from Morrison & Foerster, also joins as chair of Reed Smith’s emerging growth/venture capital team.
She advises public and private companies on complex mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other material business transactions, according to Reed Smith.
