Reed Smith Recruits Partner Anne Peetz to Global Corporate Group

Anne Peetz has joined Reed Smith as a partner in its global corporate group in Houston, the firm said Wednesday.

Peetz, who joins from Kirkland & Ellis, advises clients on capital markets transactions, SEC disclosure and compliance issues, and corporate governance matters, according to Reed Smith.

She represents issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, public and private debt offerings, equity and convertible securities offerings, and PIPE financings, said the firm.
