Reed Smith Promotes Mukhey, Terry to Office Managing Partners

Ashok Mukhey and Jennifer Terry have been promoted to office managing partners of Reed Smith in Century City, Calif., and Los Angeles, respectively, the firm said Thursday.

Mukhey is a member of the global corporate group. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and representation of public companies, according to Reed Smith.

As a member of the labor and employment group, Terry has experience with defense of C-Suite leaders in sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims, said the firm.
