James Boudreau, Adam Roseman, and Christiana Signs joined Reed Smith as partners in its global labor and employment group in Philadelphia, the firm announced Tuesday.
Boudreau leads large teams of attorneys in defending employers in nationwide class and collective wage and hour actions, as well as class actions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He also focuses on complex trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, the firm said.
