Reed Smith Nabs Greenberg Traurig Labor Lawyer in Chicago Office

Tiffany Fordyce joined Reed Smith as a partner in its labor and employment group in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.

Fordyce defends employers in employment claims, including class and collective actions, trade secret and restrictive covenant matters, BIPA litigation, and discrimination and retaliation claims. She also defends wage and hour, whistleblower, and WARN Act matters, and advises on employment policies and workplace investigations, the firm said.

She joins from Greenberg Traurig.
