Nina Siewert will join Reed Smith as a tax partner in the global corporate group in Frankfurt, Germany, the firm said Wednesday.
Siewert, who joins March 1, focuses on German tax law involving domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, group structuring, and real estate investments, according to Reed Smith.
Her experience includes structuring funds and debt instruments as well as tax matters relating to distressed transactions and restructurings, Reed Smith said.
