Reed Smith Adds White Collar Defense Partner Duo in Atlanta

Scott Marrah and Adria Perez joined Reed Smith as partners in its global regulatory enforcement group in Atlanta, the firm announced Tuesday.

Marrah and Perez focus on white collar criminal defense, internal and government investigations, and complex commercial litigation involving the False Claims Act. They assist clients in responding to inquiries from federal agencies like the Justice Department and Securities and Exchange Commission, and advise on issues under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and False Claims Act.
