Reed Smith Adds Tallat Hussain to Energy, Natural Resources Team

Tallat Hussain will join Reed Smith as a partner with the energy and natural resources group in London, the firm said Thursday.

Hussain has environmental, social, and related governance experience that involves advising clients on project development and finance, M&A transactions, private equity, and corporate compliance, according to Reed Smith.

She has particular knowledge about regulatory issues, non-financial disclosure, sustainable finance solutions and the application of international standards for impact assessment and mitigation, Reed Smith said.
