Reed Smith Adds Samantha Myers as Equity Capital Markets Partner

Samantha Myers joined Reed Smith as a partner in its global corporate group in London, the firm announced Monday.

Myers specializes in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital markets. She advises on IPOs and secondary transactions on AIM and the main market of the London Stock Exchange, as well as transactions involving the Toronto and Australian exchanges, the firm said.

She joins from Gowling WLG.
